Who We Are

Fast-Zero-Cross is a mental fitness game created by Culture Awareness (culture-awareness.org). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

What We Do Not Collect

How We Use Your Data

Your Data is Not for Sale

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. Privacy is taken seriously. Your data exists only to support your account and the leaderboard and is never used for any other purpose.

Payment

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or process your card details. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

Data Storage and Retention

Your account and leaderboard data is stored on a secure server in the EU. Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and at rest where supported.

We retain your account data only while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time through the in-app Account settings or by emailing us — see below. Leaderboard entries are anonymised (only a display name you choose is shown publicly) and retained for comparison purposes.

Stripe retains payment records separately under its own retention schedule, as required by financial regulation.

Your Rights

Children

This game is suitable for all ages (4+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Leaderboard submission is optional and requires only a display name.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
